If you are looking to enjoy more of the historic old charm of downtown Galt there may be another new walk way coming to that area of the Grand River system. Plans are in the works for a new walk way to be ready for October of this 2012. Some of the flood wall is failing and the city plans on doing some extensive work to make this part of the downtown a nice place to enjoy the sights. For more information check out the link below.
